Expected Delivery Times

United States: 7-14 business days
International Orders: 15-30 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. International orders may also experience delays during customs processing.

Tracking Not Updated?

Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in 5+ days. This can happen for several reasons:

• Your package is in transit between facilities
• Weekend or holiday delays
• International customs processing
• High shipping volumes during peak periods

Tracking systems sometimes experience delays in updating, but your package is likely still moving toward you. Most tracking delays resolve themselves within a few days.
